Ugh....I've been having some taste issues today so I decided to scrape my tongue as I noticed I had some grayish coating along the back of my tongue. But as I looked closer I saw some red bumps and in good light I could see it well down my tongue. Multiple red bumps and lumps, now I'm worried about tongue cancer. 27 years old, never smoked a cigarrette in my life or had any alcohol.

I did Google (bad boy) and came accross "circumvallate papillae" which these look like the most freakiest ones, but there are two right next to eachother just in front of them that I'm not sure about ugh. All this cause of some bad taste in my mouth.
