Hi guys
Anyone woke up in the night with a feeling that something is about to happen then Bang a kind of panic attack its like i know somthing is gong to happen no beating heart rate though but other symptoms like I feel I can't breath or some thing I do my 7 11 breathing through cupped hands and it go's after a while if I don't let it go to far I have to get a grip on my mind and breathing
