So I woke up very early this morning around 3 AM and was fine just had a headache then a few hours pass and I start to get that wet mouth feeling when you're about to throw up and start to get a little nauseous. I go to the bathroom and only throw up a little. All I had to eat today was a grilled cheese with tomato and French Fries and some cheese it's. I'm only 20 years old and have a history of gerd.
