Ben, so sorry you are feeling so alone and so bad - it must be awful for you. Can you not get out an socialise anywhere - even go to a café and sit with a book and have a drink or something?

Are you able to get out and go and talk to someone - even the Samaritans have an open door policy if you are desperate.

Even if you're not religious, you can go to a church and talk to the vicar - anybody - sometimes, it's just helps to know that you have a voice that will listen.
