tingling hands - worried

I have a very stiff and sore neck/shoulders/traps and last few days my fingers especially have been really tingly with almost a lack of blood flow feel about them. Anyone had these issues with anxiety?

I get tingling hands and because I'm a health GAD sufferer I automatically assume it's MS/Motor Neuron disease/Parkinson's and need immediate reassurance it's not. It's likely just a nerve in your hand twitching from prolonged keyboard tapping, that's what mine is because it goes away at the weekend when I'm not a desk.
