Hi from Scotland

Hi all, I'm Alan, 39 from Scotland and suffered with GAD for as long as i can remember. This has had a major impact on my life. I have tried about 4 different SSRI's, , an SNRI and a beta blocker to no joy. I'm currently doing CBT. I am hoping to chat to like minded folk here for advice and tips
