Hello, I am a woman from Spain, and I have had panic attacks and anxiety since i was a teenager, At this moment I am also having a mild depression and Im in benzodiacepines+ tryciclic antidepressive treatment that i think is making some of my symptoms worse, since have been taking them for several years. I hope here I can find and give help and advise. In Spain there is not a good network to support this kind of issues so I have found with the help of my partner this page. I hope you all can understand my English.:hugs:
