Hey guys i'm new !

Hey all i'm Patrick i've been struggling with panic and depression along side a few mental health illnesses for quite a few years i'm almost 23 and i've been struggling since i was around 12 or so.

I have recently moved into my girlfriends house and i'm struggling with worrying about my heart and other panic related things.
i just always seem to assume the worst?.

anyway i hope everyone had a great new year and christmas hope to see alot of you on the forums soon :)
