TEA and THEANINE [Archive]

i like tea.
it has helped my get throught the last 6 months. Theanine? i thought theanine is just caffiene that comes from tea.... PG tips and wiki.com say it has calming effects... any ideas?

Luckily for me, I have lots of cups of PG Tips tea per day :-)

I don't drink any tea as it has almost as much caffeine as coffee as far as I know.
