Question about general anxiety forum

I just wanted to ask the administrators what can be posted in the general anxiety forum. Is it a forum for the general anxiety condition or can you post generalised comments about, say, agoraphobia and social phobia?

Hi Mike,

The General Anxiety category is primarily for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) posts. Social anxiety and phobias have their own category.

That said, there is often an overlap as lots of these conditions are closely related.

If you post in the "wrong" category, someone like Piglet will come along and move it to a more suitable category anyway, so don't worry too much about it!
