Hi everyone,

I've been posting on the other topics but haven't introduced myself here yet.

I'm Sophie, am 31 year old from Cambridge (uk).

Started suffering from health anxiety during pregnancy with my little girl (she is now 3). It dissipated for a year and a bit but is now back with a vengeance.

Am finding this site really helpful. Sending cyber hugs to everyone.
