hiya all i suffer anxitey panic attacks and im agrophobic but i am getting help with the going out a few days ago i found out i was pregnant im really worried i have a child its not normal thuoghts its runaway ones and they are frighning me as im thinking i dont wont to be preg or what if i dont wont to be preg in a few months or cant come off diazepam and end up having a panic attack but outher times im over the moon im having a baby i dont no whats going on with my mind.and is poss to be preg and be agrophobic is there any mums that have done it or could help with what thuoghts im having would there be any suport outher than my midwife.

Hi Ems...

Well I had my eldest son when I was really bad with Agoraphobia and he hasn't turned out bad....lol.

In actual fact having my 2 children has saved me....they had to be taken out and they needed looking after. It took my mind of panics.

Coming of meds you will have to go to the docs and ask his advise on that.
