Hi all ! I was googling for some answers with my health issues I have been having and stumbled onto this site ! My Dr's have not been able to find anything wrong with me they just keep saying anxiety and stress ! So far just reading that others are suffering from some of the same issues I am has helped !

you are absolutely not alone as many of us(including me in the past) has been told all our problems are down to anxiety/stress, it can be well stressful sometimes lol but you'll get through, theres always bad days but that means there will also be good days,
