Hi Guys,
So I have anxiety (obviously) and acid reflux. I've suffered from it on and off for as long as I can remember maybe 10 years.
Now I'm really worried about Barrett's Esophagus..... My Dr wants to put me on Prilosec, everything I eat gives me acid and i'm scared that something really bad is going on.
Anxiety and GERD go hand in hand or they do for me.
Anyone have any tips on how to cure it naturally??
Really paranoid, I might have to pay to see a professional and get an endoscopy done - really scared...
Is 10 years a long time to suffer from it - could that cause Barrett's Esophagus.
My Dr tells me I wont have it but how does he actually know!?
