Fullness in ears and ringing

For a month I've had fullness in my ears and ringing. I never experienced this before. It gets worse at night and in the morning. I went to the ENT and he said it could be congestion. He gave me a nasal spray to use for 2 weeks. Well it hasn't been working. I called him back and he said it might clear up by itself in a couple weeks. I think he just blew me off. I've been crying non stop. This is the worst feeling I've ever felt. I feel like it will never get better. I'm 29 and I feel my life is over. Please has anyone gone through this? And will it ever go away?

Hi hun,
I'm a long term ear problem sufferer, my symptoms come and go.
Firstly, ENT know what they are doing, they are there to diagnose an extensive range of conditions, if they had any concerns, they would do further investigation. They've done it to me, when I was totally unprepared and before I knew it, I had a camera up my nose.
Secondly, ringing is common, it can also be linked to anxiety.
I know it's a vicious circle, but the more you worry about it, the longer it may last.
Tell yourself it's annoying but it won't harm me!
