scared chest and arm pain

Hi, I haven't been on for a while been well been working p/t. Im extremely frightened at the moment since Monday I've had central chest pain. The next day my left arm felt numb and had a dull ache in it. This makes me think this is heart related. Im scared to sleep, scared to be alone. I've had 2 ecgs which have come back ok. Yesterday my doc did my blood to check if there was any damage to heart bloods come bk ok. Can anyone help scared:weep:

I'm not sure if this will help but I used to have major heart attack fears and I was told it rarely presents as chest pain in women. I'm not sure if that will but it helped me with my own chest pain anxiety.
