gas pains dyspepsia

Does anyone suffer with indigestion which causes pain below sternum, upper rt back near shoulder blade, and under rt ribs. I have had scans etc and have had this before dr says dyspepsia. I have been very very stressed but it eased and then this straight after christmas.
Cannot keep having cts last one on abdomen 1 year ago but I worry I have a tumour on my pancreas and think perhaps it has grown since scan. All they found was small hiatus hernia

Anyone please help

I have before and worried the same thing but it was fine. Just recently had a clear ultrasound again but lots of upper back and middle pain but pancreas was all seen and clear and liver and gallbladder both fine too. Doesn't stop me worrying though
