Breast worry

About a week ago, I started to get a sharpish pain in my left nipple. It moved my right and then I've started to have aches on both sides. Today, they've felt heavier than usual, and sore under my arms. I'm a bit worried as it feels worse than when I'm experiencing PMT. I'm not sure if it's just my anxiety playing up, or if it could be something worse :(

I haven't found any lumps though, and it seems less noticeable when I'm not thinking about it. But there is still tenderness in both breasts. I've started taking citalopram 20mg per day, and this can cause it, but I've been on them before and never had this symptom.

Hi. I went to see my practice nurse last week about a similar problem
I had been having sharp shooting pains in my left breast and under my arm.
As usual for me, I had been worrying about breast cancer. She asked me about lumps, bleeding or discharge. I don't have any of these. My period was due so she thought it may be hormonal. I'm ok this week.
I'm pretty sure it's nothing but it's always best to get it checked out. Then you can relax!:bighug1:

It's been on-going for 2 weeks now. No lumps that I can feel, or any discharge. It's more discomfort really, with some nipple pain :(
I've done some research and it seems to just happen - but it would make me feel more comfortable knowing it wasn't just me :(
