Mild headache issue again

I'm wondering if it's possible to get a mild dull headache in BACK of head from eye strain. I've noticed when reading without glasses I sometimes get the BACK of my head has mild dull ache. I know it's usually front of head which is why this has me anxious, but I've noticed this pattern with myself. Please someone respond. Thank You.

Eye strain can cause any kind of head pain....I don't think it makes a lot of difference where you experience the pain. I suffer from eye strain as I spend a lot of time working on my laptop and if I don't wear my glasses, I really feel it badly.

It may also be caused by tension or neck strain. If you are anxious and stressed, again, you can get any kind of head pain from the tension that brings. x
