I'm adopted and already had health anxiety for years. My biological family found me and on my bio dad's side aneurysms run rampant and at young ages. Many female family members all died young. My GP said to do an MRI every 2 years and the last one was clear but I freak out constantly. If I have a headache, or feel nauseous, or right now my eyes hurt and one pupil is slightly bigger. I just want to cry because I feel like I'm sitting on a ticking time bomb and I feel so lonely.
