Couple days ago... pain in lower right back and it was sharp , nerve type pain when standing up or if bending over.. I can bend from knees no problem..I have had sciatica before with the tingling,numbness down leg but no flare ups for ages. Can anyone relate to this type of sharp pain in lower right back with sciatica ?
