Does anyone in the UK know how I can literally force my way in to a mental health hospital. I am not coping and haven't been for some time now. I need to be taken serious by the "establishment". Don't know how much more of this torture I can handle, God knows it's been long enough!!!!!

have you tried going to your doctors and complaining about it? they should refer you for mental help x

Iv tried so many times but it always faced with a big no and all the excuses come out about space, priority ect. So sick of been panned off, like I'm not so important or that things just take time.
