Left shoulder blade pain

For a week and a half I've had an achy pain in between my shoulder blades after passing Xmas decorations to hubbie who was putting them in the loft, since last night I now have a painful left shoulder blade which kept me awake most of the night. I've been really good for a long time with my health anxeity but this is really getting to me and I don't know why. Any suggestions for pain relief as I don't want to keep taking pain killers.
