just wondering. ...does anyone confuse feelings of hunger with anxiety? whenever im hungry my anxiety gets a lot worse.

im the same but other way around, I don't eat because my anxiety is stopping me, but now iv got to eat cus my stomach acking

its really annoying. I convince myself its anxiety so I don't want to eat which makes it worse

yeah I know luckily iv had to get ride of mine cus im disroing my stomach so iv got to forse feed myself, so u miht need to start that or just try and nibble things

Yes in the past I have found not eating and drinking makes me worse, try smaller meals more often and drink more water
