First few days of being on sertraline and I've woken up light headed, feeling sleepy and had a pounding headache. Once I had one side effect and it eased off I then started with another one. I felt ever so sick in the afternoon but that passed late evening. I am not feeling too bad at the moment and in fact I've felt more relaxed and happier so obviously they are helping.
