Every now and again I become aware of the pulsating feeling in my gums. I panic and start thinking its in my head, for example pressure on my brain or something. Even though I know that's probably not the answer. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?

Its just a pulsating feeling in my back gums. Keep thinking its going to be mouth cancer or something now iv bothered to research it :(

If you focus enough on any particular area of the body you will notice your pulse pulsating , I typically have an issue with this when i'm trying to sleep, it's disrupting and makes me take longer than usual to drift off. I also have this, almost OCD, habit of checking my pulse, I don't even know why i do it sometimes, it's usually a hick and indicates to myself that im highly anxious, and since i do it all the time, i just assume im anxious all the time.
