Hi there,

Have used this site quite a few times and am really impressed by it.

I am 33 and a student midwife living in Northern Ireland. I have had anxiety for approximately 10 years and certainly don't need to tell anyone reading this how it feels! I have been lucky that in recent years things have been quiet on the anxiety front, however I can always feel it there in the background and sometimes it feels as if the lid is going to come off the jar again.

I count myself as an anxiety veteran and hope I will be able to empathise and support new members of the anxiety club!
