sertriline Support needed

Hi I have been suffering really bad anxiety since October. I was on citalopram for 8 years and it stopped working. Been on 50mg for 1 week and 100mg for 3 weeks of sertraline but not seeing any difference and struggling to cope. Also on 40mg propranolol and 2mg of diazepam a day just to get me through work (just about).
How long should I give it to start working? Just started CBT this week as well. Any advice welcome x :weep:

Sertraline seems to take a little while to kick in and start working. For me personally it took 2 months for it to completely start working (taking away my panic attacks and such). On Sertraline it seems to get worse before it gets better, I know it's hard but I've been on it for about 3 years now and it's really helped me. I haven't had a panic attack in those 3 years after it started working. Of course this was also combined with CBT which I'm glad you're starting!
