I have managed to complete my twelve symptoms of BiPolar, I wonder if any of it resonates with anybody else.
I have done it to explain my condition to family and friends mainly but it may have other use.
It's partly a reaction to a handout I was given that didn't fully chime with me that had 13/14 symptoms on it.
Would appreciate feedback.
