Weird tingling - cant find any information anywhere!!!

So yeah, I have noticed something really strange.

Whenever I rub my right hand on something I always get a tingling sentation on my left hand ring finger, at the bottom on the side closer to my middle finger.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this, or can explain this phenomenon?

Sounds like nerve-related, maybe? I have neck and shoulder issues and get numbness and tingling in my ring and pinky fingers, especially if I go to pick up a heavy bag or something randomly.

Do you have any other chiropractic-ish issues?
