I think I'm having a heart attack

I think I may be dying !!!
I'm laid in bed was hoping to go to sleep my right arm all a sudden has the dullest sharpest pain running through it been 25 minutes now nearly and it's so deep nothing is relieving it its running into my shoulder shoulder blade rib thumb chest ect and even causing slight pins and needles needles does it sound like I'm dying should I ring for help ? I'm 6 months pregnant I'm scared it's a clot or something 😭😭

If you think you're having a heart attack and dying, why are you posting in an internet anxiety forum?

Having had two heart attacks, I can assure you, you wouldn't be posting on a website waiting for responses.

That being said, if you're really feeling that you're in danger, go to the hospital. Let us know how you make out.
