small hard round ball under skin

Under my skin on my jaw, theirs like a small hard pea under my skin. I can move it around, its completely painless and hasn't grown in the 2 or 3 years since I recognised it was there. Iv no idea what it is but I'm starting to worry that it could be cancerous.

Initially I thought it may be a ingrown hair or something but nothing has come out of it so its clearly something else.

It could well be a build up of calcium. Completely harmless.

No its not a lymph node, its much smaller than a pea actually, its like the size of a grain of rice

I have something like that on my neck by my collarbone that's been there as long as I can remember. It's nothing of consequence.
