Just in case

Hi all. I suffer from health anxiety. Yesterday I plucked up the courage to go out. However I just cant seem to go anywhere without my "just in case" pack. i.e. Ibuprofen, paracetamol, propranolol, an inhaler, omeprazole, cold sore cream and if all gets too much - a diazepam. Didnt need any of them, never do, but cannot leave the house without them. I dont think "justin case" is my friend. Am I alone lugging my pack with me wherever I go? suŕely not....
