Don't know Urasainaa, I was recommended "Dog Oil" for aches and pains.
No use what so ever. It's now in the shed for oiling rusty drill bits.

I have tried all (No ,not all I have just had another look) the above except the gluten free.
I saw a private herbalist at one time. she gave me a bottle off brown medicine.
It gave me terrible headaches. So that was another no no.
Coconut water is good, but rather expensive xx

There's a lot to be said for the placebo effect.....

20 years ago a gluten free diet was meant to cure autism. One local psychologist made a fortune from friends of mine who were desperate for a cure.

I think it's best to be careful. So many charlatans out there flogging their miracle cures. If a simple remedy works then go for it, it doesn't matter what it is. Marmite keeps me sane!:D

Here's the thing. Is it a "cure"? I don't think so BUT... some of those things can and do contribute to a healthy diet and along with eating right, exercise and proper rest, makes for a healthy body and being healthy helps with stress levels and anxiety.

Positive thoughts

I think I've tried almost all those miracle cures (because I was too afraid to take medication), I would feel good for one day or so and think "Oh yes I've been cured!!" then the next day nope back to bad anxiety :roflmao:

I don't think these things are bad because they can be good for your health like fish said but they definitely aren't cures to anxiety and they shouldn't be marketed as such. If they work for somebody though that's great!

There's some sense in going gluten free to help autism. But, there's no use in going just gluten free if you're still going to eat gut offensive fibers. Besides, it's the guts fault for not tolerated offensive foods, so ultimately you gotta figure that out, rather than just eliminating gluten and then telling everybody wheat/grains will without a doubt cause problems in everybody who eats them. Gluten sensitivity seems to have arisen following the epidemic of not buttering your bread, for fear of a heart attack following saturated fat consumption.
