Had a bad evening last night, after eating a little to much and that feeling of fullness set me off on a evening of anxiety (anyone else have this), don't know where it came from, had been having a good day, but obviously sensitive to situations that may be a trigger.
So like the other post about eating etc, I prefer to eat very little when the anxiety is around.
Tried to have a normal day today doing what I had planned to do, but probably like lots of users I seem to be stuck in that circle of fear of the anxiety, which echos throughout my life.
By chance I do have a docs appointment and an assessment for CBT tomorrow.
