Chest redness and itching

I get spots on the centre of my chest, usually really itchy. Can anxiety cause something like that? ..I'm healthy got heart monitor, blood test blah blah everything before.
Last time it was much bigger, it comes and goes. ...could be after experiencing stress.

It's small here.. But it's really red/itching, and after 5-10 min it disappears?

Just curios if it's liked to anxiety.

Could be a number of things, I get really bad eczema when I'm stressed and it comes on my chest area, could be a reaction to a new or old product you're using or heat rash. If it goes it suggests it's nothing too major?
