Tremor... but in my toes when I cross them? :/

So we see a lot of posts about a tremor in the hand or whatever but this one is a littel different...
I've tried searching on it to no avail...

So I sometimes cross my big toe onto the 2nd toe and sometimes my toe starts involuntarily tremoring? When I cross it with full intensity the tremor is significantly decreased but yeh...

Does anyone get this? Here come the thoughts of Parkinson's in my 20s...

My first thought is "Who does this on purpose?" :) It seems like an unnatural thing to do so I would imagine you might get a muscle twitch.

Its only a muscle twitch, especially if you can re-create the spasm by doing a certain action. My whole leg jerks like crazy if I move or strain my knee a certain way, just like your toes. If it was Parkinsons, you would know all about it.
