Hey,

I am a man of 33 years and is plagued by anxiety and compulsive disorders.

Have tried everything, without lasting results .

Recently I discovered the books by Claire Weekes . Her theory is that you must feed fear not further by adding "second fear".

In itself this approach suits me well, but there still is a little voice present:
"High blood pressure, heart disease, stress is overall bad for you ."

Does anyone have tips about this in a constructive way to handle it ?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Urusainaa,

No, I've been checked several times. Had a 24 hours measurement and it was all ok.
But that's not what I'm afraid of: I'm afraid the anxiety raises my levels (spikes, but also gradually).

I've measured my bp at home and they are normally ok, but when anxious (and that can last a whole day) the bp is raised.
