weird feeling

Does anyone ever wake up feeling floaty and shakey. Whether you were asleep for a while or just managed to drift off for a few minutes. It's kind of like light headedness only it seems like it's all over. It's hard to explain that's why I call it floatyness. Maybe someone else has felt this too. Thanks.:confused:

I have this feeling more or less all the time.... like everything is in a dream, or like I've had a drink even though I haven't.

It's such a horrible feeling, and I can't shift it!! Any tips??
