Hi All
This is an odd one (or maybe its not).
I have been on Citalopram and Sertraline - and on - then off - now on Mirtazapine.
During various med changes and dose alterations, I have had severe insomnia.
I havent changed meds for a year now and am 'stable' in that respect.
However, every single day, I worry how I am going to sleep that night....even though I usually (8 times out of 10) have no trouble sleeping!
I spend all morning until about lunchtime worrying and worrying about getting to sleep later that night...then at night time, I use my sleep hygiene techniques and usually sleep a solid 7-8 hours.
I have a stash of zopiclone that I have has since March last year that I can use if I can not sleep, but that is infrequent and they are there more as a security blanket.
I have no problems with daytime tiredness either.
So HOW HOW HOW can I stop myself worrying about this - even though I really have nothing to worry about!!???
