I just wanted to tell you all how important nature and exercise have been in helping me cope with life and stem my worries. Being outside makes me instantly feel more alive and calmer, less worried. This year I aim to walk 1000 miles, I was wondering if anyone else has any fitness goals this year? Does anyone else have a fitbit and want to be fitbit friends?

That's awesome. I'm doing a challenge right now to do yoga daily for 30 days. I also finally joined a public class in my town. I want to stick with it and challenge myself this year.

Excellent post and coping strategy. Personally, I have a goal to get out more and hike. We live literally a mile from the Shenandoah National Park and some of the most beautiful scenery in the US. My wife and I have done several nice ones since the weather has been cooperating. Keep up the good work!
