Hi, so great to find the website. What an excellent resource for people like me! I'm 36, I have struggled with anxiety and depression for over 15 yrs. Been on most ssri's etc. It took 10yrs to get the bipolar diagnosis hut once I had it and was on the right meds it's really under control. However the anxiety I experience is still affecting every aspect of my life. Some things help at times but I still feel like it's controlling me not the other way around.

I'm looking forward to getting some help and advice and maybe meeting people on the same wave length :)
