Nasty cough with mucus still.

I just recovered from possible bronchitis, i'm talking horrible coughing fits mearly every and at one point coughed up a bit of blood. The fits are no longer happening but now I'm plagued by nonstop mucus in my throat and this cough. It's awful, and not to mention last night after heavy drinking I threw up purple, but I had also eaten nothing but chocolate and blueberry poptarts earlier in the day. I'm not dying am I? I'm so terribly anxious

I am really sorry you are anxious. None of us on here can tell you what it is, although we would really love to give you reassurance. Just know that you have our ears and our support.

You know what I am going to say.......(I know! If only it was that easy:confused:).........if you are worried, get it checked out by your doctor. Put your mind at rest. It's probably nothing, the after effects of a cold, but only your doctor can give you a diagnosis.

I once sicked up beetroot and it was red, I thought I was bleeding internally.
