SICK... Anxiety making me unable to sleep.

im so scared right now.
it all started with a typical sore throat. I was worried it was strep but I see I have 4 red dots on my shoulder. so im scared I have measles.
no I feel like vomiting. im cold. and CAN'T sleep. im shaking and just feel awful.
I cut my foot bad a couple weeks ago. what if its sepsis?

Have you seen a doctor? I'd suggest a lot of what you are feeling is anxiety, based on my own experiences, but a trip to the GP wouldn't go amiss.

no, it still hurts. but I feel awful. im worried its measles or something because I also have big red dots appearing on my shoulder.
