Another costochondritis question

Does anybody get tightness across the back with this?

I have had this on my left chest for a number of months now. I know it's not serious as I had a chest CT scan recently. The pain seems to go directly opposite on my back but to a lesser extent. Any pain in the body can cause other muscles to go into spasm from the tension created and so a frontal pain could cause the tightness in the back.

Not that I wish to encourage any further searching on Google (very bad for keeping health anxiety going) but when you see a picture of muscles in the human body it's not surprising that we all get so many aches and pains, including the other side of the body.
