dark chocolate
almond butter
kale
spinach
sweet potato

I find these are very rich in vitamins and minerals which have the ability to uplift our mood.

Our overall health stems from our gut... We are what we eat! We also should be getting enough B vitamins as they have been linked to better brain health! There is definitely a link between food and mental health.
