Hi everyone,
I've been waking up in the mornings with horrible fatigue, a racing pulse, nausea, and paleness. I've had panic attacks before, and normally they make me feel as if i could run around the block 10 times. But this is severe fatigue with very high pulse rates (like 130bmp resting). I have changed meds, so could this make my panic attacks feel different? I had an ECG three years ago (I"m 25 now) and it came back fine. I'm in the US without insurance, so I can't afford to see a specialist if it's nothing. What do you guys think? Is it panic or tachacardia/arrythmia?
Hope everyone is hanging in there!
