Thanks. Almost 90-99% of the listed symptoms that were mentioned was actually experienced by me since last year. Currently fighting Health Anxiety for a year now, hoping to win this battle.

Not as an exhaustive list but the most common symptoms and causes. It's a matter of accepting that the symptoms you feel are anxiety. HA has a way of throwing that out the window and making you think you'll be that 1 in a million that gets some rare malady.
