Hello Everyone
I'm a General Anxiety, PTSD, and Transient Paranoia sufferer from one of the less clement regions of the United Kingdom.
Currently unmedicated, in therapy and seeking like-minded individuals to share experiences and hopefully provide mutual support.
I'm also a chronic insomniac. Nighttimes are my Achilles heel.
I'm looking forward very much to making some good friends here and becoming a member of a community that I don't feel the need to merely teeter upon the cusp of.
