shaking breathing

I honestly don't know what's wrong with me I'm wrong weeks pregnant I'm scared it will effect baby can anybody relate ?
It seems when I breathe I'm not rushing but it is get this feeling that I need to rush it's so strange my breathing is normal my o2 levels do go to 89 -98 alot but it's as if the breath is shaking I can hear the uneven sound when I breathe ?

Last week you were sure you were having a heart attack. This post proves that otherwise.

It's quite apparent that your pregnancy is causing physical symptoms which are causing additional anxiety. There's no evidence to support anything other than that.

Are you getting help for your anxiety? Hope you feel better soon.
